Juan Carlos organized our entire trip, including hotels and activities, and personally transported us between locations. He is extremely proud of his country and provided us with excellent information about the plants, trees and wildlife, among other things, as well as his experience of growing up and living in Costa Rica. He is very personable and an excellent driver with a very clean van and was always prompt when picking us up. He took care of all our needs, gave us assistance whenever needed and replied promptly when we reached out to him about any issues that we had. He made our vacation stress free and relaxing.
